Getting Started

Welcome to the University of Michigan! We are pleased that you have selected our institution as one of your top schools for seeking talent to contribute to your organization. There are a variety of ways in which you may connect with our students.

It is important to know, before getting started, that the University of Michigan is a decentralized campus that offers employers access to a broad array of top UM student talent. Recruiting organizations that seek candidates from a range of disciplines have the opportunity to work through the University Career Center. If your needs are more targeted to specific student populations, engaging in recruiting activity within our academic units may be the approach you wish to take. Based on your needs it may benefit you to work with multiple offices. The career network on campus is highly collaborative, so we will work closely with you to ensure your goals are met through the opportunities and services we provide.

If you have already identified the career office(s) that best suit your recruiting needs, you may click here to view that contact information.
